The facility repurposed a disused industrial parking lot, transforming it into a prominent landmark visible from the M3 and serving customers from Tokai, Retreat, Constantia, and Diep River.
Architectural Design and Accessibility\ The building’s layout prioritises efficient circulation and accessibility. Vehicle turning circles were incorporated to accommodate cars and trucks, and multiple loading bays streamline move‑ins and move‑outs. Clean lines, generous corridors, and bold red branding make wayfinding intuitive and enhance street visibility.
Storage Unit Specifications\ All storage units are arranged in 3 m² increments, with corridor widths proportionate to unit sizes. This modular approach maximises rentable space while maintaining comfort and security for users.
