CSOS Checklist - A good guide to set your sectional title scheme on it's way to being run well
Looking for help on how to run your sectional title scheme? Or wanting to brsuh up on your knowedge on how a sectional title scheme should be run?
Take a look at the checklist of items provided by the Community Schemes Ombuds Services (CSOS). If you own a unit within a scheme you are paying a levy each month to the CSOS (this of course is if your scheme is being legally run in accordance to the new Sectional Title Act of 2016). This levy allows the CSOS to operate and help to you to ensure a well-run scheme and when there are disputes they are there to help.
